Jeremy McCommons, Founder/Owner
McCommons has worked in real estate for 12 years and has bought and sold over 2,500 homes. He also has a passion for investing in rental properties both residential and commercial. McCommons attended James Madison University where he recieved a scholarship to play football. He graduated in 2001 with a double major in Marketing and Business Marketing Education. He started his career as a high school teacher at Colonial Forge in Stafford Virginia, and shifted his focus in 2003 to become a real estate agent. He soon developed a love for investing in real estate and began the work of establishing Foundation Companies.
McCommons currently resides in Spotsylvania VA with his wife Jessica and two children. He is actively involved at Lifepoint Church, where he is on the Building and Acquisitions Committee. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Fairy Godmother Project, which provides assistance to families with children battling cancer. He is also actively involved with Safe Haven Village in Guatemala, a christian organization that is focused on meeting the needs of orphans with christian role models in family style setting orphanage.
Mr. McCommons enjoys various recreational activities such as hunting, fishing, biking, traveling and reading.
Mark Doherty, Founder/Owner
Mark attended Mansfield University on a football and track scholarship and graduated with a double major in Criminal Justice and Psychology. He also obtained a Master’s degree in Education. Mark played Professional football for the Vienna Rangers in the European Football League (EFL) before becoming a high school teacher and coach for 7 years in Stafford VA.
He left his teaching and coaching career to start a Real Estate Investing Company. Where is has a passion to create opportunities for others. Mark resides in Fredericksburg, VA with his wife and three beautiful Daughters.
